    The assessment performs a high-level analysis of your service delivery infrastructure and creates a view of the future service delivery capability based upon a Service Component Architecture.  The assessment produces a preliminary plan to move forward with a Service Component Architecture that focuses resources on meeting identified business goals such as reducing time-to-market and costs associated with service operations.
